Keeping Fit in the Sand
Our troop commander tells us last week that we’re too fat! Well It was a slight exageration but we need to keep fitter than ever as its getting so cold over here. We have lots of gym equipment and usually we run a track around our camp. But of late we havent been able to run around the perimeter due to secuirty reasons , so we’ve bought a selection treadmills online. From a company called Nordic Track we didnt spend too long searching as they had some great money off deals and as you know Mr Bush in the US is always trying to save money on us guys out here in Iraq!
