Keeping fit with Fiber!
Sometimes I wonder about our Tech Guys out here. One guy recently tries to convince me that fiber optic cables have been laid under the sand and that they are there to provide comms between US and special forces out in the field. Now if a guy had to dig under the sand to make a phone call I think we;d be a few cans short of a six pack!
He was totally serious and he reckoned I didnt understand what Fiber optic cables were for , but having studied in Computers for a number of years before landing in Iraq , I reckon i could show him a thing or two!
