Keeping my back at its best when sitting
You may snigger and laugh but Im trying to mind my back after years of putting it up down and around , im looking online at a posture corrector to get me straight and in shape. Ive mild curving of the spine and need to get myself corrected and cant afford to be visiting a doc on camp here all the time not for the price but ive too much to do!
