The Gym gets some add ons and well in time for Military Christmas
We were looking for a bit of variety in the Gym and our purchasing person tells me that they have bought a number of elliptical riders for us to work out.. I believe they exercise the body from head to toe and having tried one yesterday Im actually convinced that they are worse then my training for the army ever was. They really do stretch every muscle from head to toe and im writing this from my bed..Im pooped
