Visiting Branson as a Family for the first time in decades!
My Dad had always said that when got older we’d head on a road trip together.. Maybe not something where we would drive for thousands of miles but even a few hundred miles together in the same vehicle at the same time! Something which hadnt happened in our family for years.! The fact I suppose that we were no longer kids and that we are now adults and wanting to go our own separate way!
When booking it , my Mom had looked at a variety of locations within a 300 mile radius of where we lived so that we wouldnt kill each other on a trip to California or upstate New York , but somewhere amaing like Branson Missouri that as kids Mom had told us so much about.
I couldnt resist but get up on a site dedicated to giving so much entertainment in one location that I was online and researching in minutes. Branson Getaways kept coming up in my searches and eventually ended up giving me all the information I needed. And they had a theme park for us young at heart and shows for us all to enjoy at night as well as the ability to bid on your vacation , something Ive never seen before.!
To say we are excited is an understatement.. Us far from being children but its nice to go back in time and visit somewhere nice as a family unit once again!
