Getting screening for future employees
I always wondered about how people got screened for jobs and pre-employment screening is something that my company needs to look at sooner rather than later. I decided that I would look into it further because the guys we have employed in the past. Not that they were into drugs or anything but its something I might have to investigate and decide that spending a few dollars now is better than finding out later on that we have a drug addiction in one of our staff. Most staff know better and that they will keep their problems outside of the work place but then again , there are others that i doubt!
