Presents worth giving and presents worth getting
We’re looking at personalized gifts for staff this Christmas instead of giving out bonuses. The budget isn’t there to give an anyways decent bonus so at least a special gift will show that we’ve put some thought process into action. Now we just have to decide on the actual gift – do we get the same for everyone or different ones for different people? Thank goodness we have a Sports & Social Committee who over see this sort of thing.
